If I go to press load I can find the presets in the folders, but I can’t scroll through them within the plug in window. How can I fix this?

Hello,
It looks like you are using Logic’s preset browser. There is a preset browser built into the plug-in that you should use instead.
At the top of the plug-in UI above the Eventide logo, there are save/load buttons as well as +/- buttons that will allow you to scroll through the presets.

Hi, are you looking in the plug-ins preset browser (NOT the Logic browser)?

I forgot to say in my last post that I only downloaded the Audio Unit plugin. Could that be the issue, I thought Logic is compatible with AU only? No Presets, using Eventide preset browser, very frustrating

Hello,
When you run the installer there is a box to check for presets along with the other plug-in formats. Please run the installer again and make sure that box is checked, you may have unchecked it if you were unchecking the other formats besides AU.
If you still have issues, please email support@eventideaudio.com.
