H9 algorythm is connected to account or device?

Hi, sry for my english, i have a question: i have an H9 and i bought some algorythm, if i sell this H9 the algorythms remain in my account, so if in the future i bought a H9 Core i would have algorythms that i bought in the past, right?

Yes, that's correct.  Algorithms you buy remain in your account, and if you sell an H9 and then later buy another one, you'll still have all of the algorithms that you bought.

Sry but i have another question for you: you said that if i buy an alghorytm, this remains in my account, but what’s happen if i MAXout a H9 and i sell it? if i buy another H9 Core, for example, it’s not maxout ok, but i can use all the algorhytms or not?

You can still use all the algorithms that you bought to MAXout.
