        I find it sometimes take two or three attempts to pair these two. I’m surprised this hasn’t been fixed with either a firmware update or something related. Does anyone have a fix?

          Are you using the latest version of H9 and H9 Control software? What OS are you running on your phone?

          Can you please email support@eventideaudio.com and share a video of the issue so we can see the steps you are taking?
