h9 app does not connect to my time factor

  I installed on my PC app H9, as soon as I plugged my Time Factor has recognized this and made me work, but I came out continuously massage error … I restarted the computer and H9 recognize my Time Factor but he fails to connect. how can I do??

  Do you have the latest software ? It needs to be V5.0 or above to support H9control.

  yes, the software is updated and the time factor, I downloaded the latest version of the software … h9 h9 controller asked me also to go into settings and proceed with “all tests”
