It seems like my H9 is having trouble recognizing pushes on the hot switch / x y x / preset buttons, with the increasing difficulty from left (hot switch, takes a few presses) to right (preset button, seems to not work at all).
It’s worked in the past, although I did notice that the active switch has been less responsive lately.
I’ve been controlling this one via midi and using the app to program it, so I’m not sure how long this has been an issue. I only noticed because I was going through and trying out different effects in preparation for an upcoming LP release show next week and the preset button wasn’t responding. Rebooting does not seem to help.
Any suggestions? (i.e., take apart and use contact cleaner or deoxit, factory reset, etc).
