        One piece of a character of my H9 LED display is missing. Sometimes it comes back on, and somtimes it stays off until I open up the unit and put it back together again. Then it works for a few weeks until it turns off again.

        Its not a big deal, but sometines it’s hard to read the text. Is there something I can do about it?

         

        Here is an example, it should read 6.H910

          It's almost certainly a bad solder joint. If it is still under warranty you could return it to Eventide, or if you have a techy friend he could touch up the joints on that particular display.

            Thanks Nick, we have touched up the joints, and it’s up again. 

            Let’s hope it holds up!
