It will essentially give you much the same level out as you put in. Note that it does not enjoy a very hot line level.

It really depends on the audio interface. Ideally try both and see what works.

3.If I am connecting the 1/4 outputs to an audio interface to bring them to the daw, should I use balanced 1/4″ to male XLR cables for best quality, my audio interface accepts both 1/4 and XLR.
