H9 random “pop” and “crack” noises

        My H9 is making random “pop” or “crack noises”… with or without the guitar connected to the H9… The noises are louder than the guitar sound… I tried connecting just the H9 to my amp without guitar or any other cable and the noises are there…

        What can I do? I live in Mexico and I can’t find and autorized technician service for Eventide devices…

          First thing would be to try different cables, and maybe a different amp (temporarily).

          If these do not change it, it is possibly a hardware problem, which would mean that it would have to come back for repair. If so, contact support@eventide.com.
