        I just purchased an H9 (05664) that had been registered and not deregistered. Can you clear it so I can register it and start buying algorithms? Thanks!

          Ok, I deregistered that unit.  You should be good now.

            I bought a new H9 (H9-05795) but anybody have register this device. Please derigster it that I can register it again

              Please send an email to support@eventide.com with a photo of the serial number of your H9. We had a few users send us the incorrect serial numbers and we deregistered the wrong H9s which made the actual owners very upset. So, now we require people to take a photo of the serial number sticker with their phone or what not and send it to us. Sorry for the inconvenience.
