Hi,
I’m just wondering if anyone has a fix for this or has experienced this. When i change any of the “B” parameters of any algo nothing happens…for example.g, if I change “a” delay time to quarter not i hear that as normal but when i change the “b” to anything there is nothing…this is across all “B” parameters.
I’m sure i’ve done something in the settings as this was not the case in the past, everything worked as you would expect. And because i’ve been away from the pedal for a while I just can’t remember if or what i did for this to have happened.
Any help would be much appreciated,
Brendan

Hello,
How are you connecting your guitar/instrument to the H90? Are you using a mono input/output, stereo input/output, or something else?
When you are using an algorithm with an A and B voice, then the A voice will be panned to the left output, and the B voice will be panned to the right output.
You also need to make sure the Pitch Mix or Delay Mix parameter is at a value where you will hear both voices.
A simple example to test would be to load the Digital Delay algorithm and the default preset will have 2 delays at a 1/4 rhythm. Change one of the delay times you should hear both voices.

Hi, I am connecting the H90 to a Mackie mixer ( 1402 VLZ4 ) , I have the AUX send going in to input 1& 2 and the output 1& 2 in to the stereo return on the mixer. I have tried the test you described and unfortunately the same result, only hearing the A voice.

Can you confirm that when you send audio to the H90 you are sending to both channels 1 and 2? It looks like you would need to adjust your Aux 1 and Aux 2 send knobs to do this.
You should also see that both the signal LEDs for channels 1-2 at the top of the H90 screen are lit green when receiving signal.

Hi,
No, it’s only sending to channel 1 ( ch1 led light up.) From Aux 1 i’m sending in to the H90 using a Y cable stereo male < 2 x Mono jack . I’m not using Aux 2….this must be where i’m going wrong. Am i correct in assuming that I need to repeat what i’m doing on Aux 2 with In & Out 3/4 on the H90?
I hope i’m explaining things from my side properly.
Thanks.!

I would suggest connecting to the H90 in the following way if you want to use Dual Mode for send/return paths: https://cdn.eventideaudio.com/manuals/h90/1.9.7/content/edit-modes/routing.html#dual-routing
- Enable dual mode on H90 and configure the routing to be in pre/post mode: https://cdn.eventideaudio.com/manuals/h90/1.9.7/_images/Routing-Dual-Pre-Post.png
- Connect mixer Aux 1 (mono) to H90 input 1
- Connect mixer Aux 2 (mono) to H90 input 3
- Connect H90 output 1-2 (stereo) to stereo return 1 on mixer.
- Connect H90 output 3-4 (stereo) to stereo return 2 on mixer.
This should resolve your issue.

on the I/O page, it is set to In 1/2 Line & Out 1/2 Line
Routing is set to Parallel, insert 1 and 2 off.
