H90 Bluetooth connections issues

My H90 updated but now it is not broadcasting its Bluetooth ID. The blue light is on, but it is not showing up on my iPad. I also looked on my phone and do not see it broadcasting an ID

Please go to the Bluetooth menu of the H90 and choose the “Forget” option. You will be prompted to confirm the selection.

After that, go to the Bluetooth preferences of your Mac/iPad and “forget” any H90 devices you may see in the settings.

After this is done, follow the instructions from the user guide to use H90 Control for the pairing/connection process: 7.3. Bluetooth — Eventide H90 documentation  

Let me know what happens.

It is asking me to “Turn Quick Knob 3 to forget all paired devices.” I get to the menu where it says “Confirm” I am pushing Quick Knob 3 to confirm but it doesn’t seem anything is happening
