H90 Control Split-view on iPad

Hi,

 

I’m currently using an iPad both for controlling my RME Fireface UCX II through the TotalMix app and for controlling and tweaking my Eventide H90. TotalMix supports split view but H90 Control doesn’t, switching between these two apps is of course doable but cumbersome so it would be great if the H90 Control on iPad also would support split-view. This would make workflow so much easier. Are there any plans to implement this? It can’t be too hard or take too much resources to add it.

Thanks for your request.

There are currently no plans to implement this. We can consider the option but I’m not sure if the UI for H90 Control would work well without using the full screen.

I bought an iPad specifically for this purpose as I thought it would support split-view lol =D

Regarding the UI, there are bigger-screen iPads, mine is 13″ and it would be no problem att all having the UI split in two with that big of a screen. Also they’re becoming increasingly more popular so having the option to split-view if one would like should be up to the consumer. Thank you for taking the time to respond to my request, and I hope you will implement this soon.

They already said they’re not going to implement it.

It’s up to the organisation if they want to provide that feature.
