Hello,
I just purchased this pedal. I love it, but the software is unusable.
I run windows 11, use the provided USB cable, have upgraded the H90 to latest firmware 1.12.5 (this took multiple attempts) and am running H90 Control version 1.9.13The software freezes constantly for about 10 seconds if I change things like programs, algorithms or presets.
The h90 runs fine and changes to the desired setting, but the software hangs on the previous preset, program or algorithm.
Sometimes it doesn’t even show the different factory presets, it just says “factory presets”on the preset drop down list. Please help me. I was planning on spending the holidays on getting the H90 integrated with my current rig and programming my own presets for my band. But this is not workable.
I have included the log file.
It’s full of errors, I hope it helps.Kindest regards,

Hello,
I gave the H90 a prominent space on my pedalboard, but then realised I don’t want to remove it every time I want to program something.
So, I decided to buy an ipad to control it wireless.
Which means that this problem no longer needs fixing.
Thanks for your quick reaction and help.I can’t wait to dive deep into all the possibilities this unique pedal has to offer.
I plugged in my acoustic guitar and was just overwhelmed by the sound I got out of it without any tinkering.
It’s awesome!Kindest regards,
Robin
