CV Controlled H90 Freezing

Hi

im controlling my H90 with a modular synthesiser and I’m experiencing freezing of the unit(s, I’ll explain later)

this malfunction starts with control not responding and at some point sound is cut.

it has happened with my pedalboard’s unit a number of times before (more than one would desire) but in this case is pretty consistent, it will always happen after a while. 

just powering off and on brings the unit back to normal in both cases.

the pedalboard’s has been doing this since I got it, but still pretty rarely so its kinda fine.

What voltage are you sending the H90? Are you controlling more than one parameter with the CV? Which parameter on which program are you controlling? It would be best if you could send a video to support@eventideaudio.com to see if they can reproduce the issue somehow.

Are you providing straight CV into the exp inputs? Or using some sort of CV to midi?

I’ve reported crashes/freezes with both setups a few times. Still haven’t landed on an exact way to reproduce.
