Hello!
I’ve been using my H90 for years with a Xone 96, running it in dual mode, a digital delay on ‘Send 1’ and a reverb on ‘Send 2’.
My presets were ‘Blackhole / 16th delay’, ‘Blackhole / 8th delay’, ‘Plate / 16th delay’, ‘Plate / 8th delay’, and so on.
Then all of a sudden all of the delays stopped working. Specifically, ‘Delay A’ stopped working. If I switched over to ‘Delay B’, it worked. I tried everything to fix it, finally I did a factory reset and it is doing the same thing. I can’t get any sound out of any digital delay with only ‘Delay A’ enabled. I’ve uploaded attachments of all my settings pages.
Your time and help is greatly appreciated!

Hello,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
To clarify, is the issue that it seems like audio is not passed through Path 1 when using Dual Mode? Your settings look correct for dual routing with 2 paths.
Have you tried using a different instrument connected to inputs 1-2 to rule out if the issue is with your mixer or something else in the setup?

No, that’s not the issue, it’s more specific. There is no audio when using ‘Delay A’ of any Digital Delay algorithm (A10+B0). If I add any of ‘Delay B’, sound goes through. Also, all other effects work on Path 1.

Oh, there is one more piece of info, but it’s mildly speculative. All I can think of that could have caused it is that I switched off from Dual mode and then back into Dual mode. I was wondering if that could have corrupted something.

Got it, thanks for the additional info. Changing the setting from Dual to Insert and back to Dual shouldn’t have any strange effects like this.
The Digital Delay algorithm is a true stereo delay, so the A channel will correspond to the left input/output (1) and B channel will correspond to the right input/output (2).
Is there a chance the your audio is panned to only send to channel 2?
What happens if you load a different delay algorithms, or the Diatonic or Crystals algorithm? Can you hear the A voice when a load another one of these stereo dual voice algorithms?
