H90 locks up. Control app crashes

I am getting really frustrated with the H90 pedal and the H90 Control software. Either one or the other is constantly locking up or crashing. I have latest firmware 1.5.7 installed and latest H90 Control version 1.4.1 installed. I also have uninstalled my antivirus guard. Was frozen up on intial power up so I reinstalled H90 control, went into recovery mode and installed latest firmware 1.5.7. Now H90 Control just crashes whenever I change to a different preset patch.

Considering selling this pedal due to all the hassles I have had with it. Never had this many issues with the H9

Have it working for the moment. Uninstalled antivirus software, turned off the internet on my laptop, and tried several high speed USB cables and finally got it to work. Crossing my fingers and hoping it doesn’t lock up during a performance as I have my Strymon Bigsky in the insert chain and would sure hate to lose both the H90 and my Strymon while performing.

You should be having zero issues with your H90. Nada, Zero, zilch. Please contact support@eventide.com to get things sorted out. I would not perform with it until your 100% certain of what’s causing the issue.
