Hi ,
I just bought H90 and I faced problems with the registration. I am logged at my account (Mac safari) but after type the serial and hit register nothing happened.<span style=”font-size: inherit;”>Due to this reason I couldn’t download the h90 control.</span>
I tried to do it on my iPad with a cable . The app recognise the pedal and show a message that need software update .unfortunately when I try to update it no update version showed on the list . The current pedal is os 1.2.2.46 .

Hello xavales25,
Please email support@eventide.com and they’ll resolve your registration issues, so that you can download H90 Control. At this time, the pedal’s firmware is not updatable via the iPad app.

There was an issue with our web services this morning, you should now be able to register your pedal to your account and download h90 control. Sorry for the inconvenience

I have a strange issue as well in trying to register my H 90… After accurately entering the serial number I receive a message that the serial number is invalid. So I cannot register it, and I cannot download Control. I tried numerous times with the same result each time, I even tried omitting the hyphen and using lowercase rather than uppercase… Please advise.
