H90 save preset always loads 12 Stringy

I’m sure this is user error. I’ve just got my H90. I’ve loaded up my H9 presets to a new list. I’ve been editing the presets to make use of pre/post routing but every time I save a preset (using my Mac), it saves it then immediately loads “12 stringy” into that slot. If I move away from that slot and go back to it, my save preset is there and saved.

Why is it loading 12 stringy every time I save a preset?

Sorry for the issues you are having. Can you please get a screen recording of this issue and email it to support@eventide.com so we can better understand what is happening?

In the end, I save 12 stringy to somewhere and then is started doing it with a user preset. I renamed that preset and touch wood it’s working properly now. Very odd!!
