        I've purchase an alg and it's not downloading. 

        I've tried to 'restore purchases' but it still doesn't show. 

        When I try to purchase it again it says I've already purchased it. 

        Please help.

          I apologize for the trouble you're having. Could you forward the confirmation email you got from Apple or Amazon for the purchase to support@eventide.com, and we'll take care of that for you.
