ILOK prob on download

        hi

        not sure where to send this so….

        i tried to download equivocate but it can’t find my Ilok username… i have the ILok account open and i am sure this is my username ser1123@msn.com (27 licenses)

        please help

          Hi Western Horizon,

          I'm sorry, I don't know what to say, but I am not seeing any ilok name using that username or email address.  Is it possible it got deleted, or something is spelled differently?

              Hi WesternHorizon,

              It appears that your ilok account name is "ser1123@msn_com" with an underscore "_" rather than a period "."

              I can verify that ilok account name and you can go ahead and put that into the EQuivocate form.
