Hi,
it’s a long time I’m not using the app. Last time I did it everything was brand new and I was not feeling safe at managing my presets without putting them at risk.
I would like to make sure I can import and save them all without making any change.
Any advice for such simple task? Many thanks,
Luca -

Please review the H90 Control section of the user manual, which explains how to manage your Programs/Presets and back them up: https://cdn.eventideaudio.com/manuals/h90/1.9.7/content/h90-control/index.html

thank you, I’m still someway scared of not having a clear procedure for a full user library download.
The only time I tried doing it I’ve lost all my user algorithms.
I still don’t see such a procedure described in the manual. -

Sorry, I’m not sure what you could have done to lose your presets besides a factory reset.
Please see #1 on the list here for details about backing up a device: https://cdn.eventideaudio.com/manuals/h90/1.9.7/content/h90-control/edit.html#parameters-edit-menu
The list below explains how to export/import programs to or from your computer or iPad: https://cdn.eventideaudio.com/manuals/h90/1.9.7/content/h90-control/edit.html#the-playlist
