I just purchased Generate instrument plugin. Installation and activation worked perfectly; but upon installation, the plugin manager in Logic shows it is not compatible. There was no info or warning regarding this incompatibility at the time of purchase. What’s going on? I know all software sales are final, but if Eventide sold me a dud, I sure expect them to respond.

It comes up as activated and compatible, but I am not able to open it! Native Kontakt instruments not able to open it! Can anyone help?

@ingeivers What did you do to get it to work? I am on Logic Pro 12.0.1, Generate shows as compatible in Plug-in Manager but I cannot select it as an instrument. Other Newfangled plugins work just fine though.

Hey folks,
We’ve had a couple reports of this recently. Trying to figure out why because nothing has changed and everything is working fine over here. The thing that always seems to fix it is, making sure you have the license in iLok License Manager, logging out and logging back in, then going into Plug-in Manager, selecting Generate, and hitting reset and rescan selection.

@DGillespie Thanks much. I managed to get it up on one of my machines. Not sure of the precise sequence of steps I took but I’ll try an replicate on my other machine.
