        I have made 20 changes with my password in the eventide app and it always tells me that there is an error in my password and then says that the product is not recognizable

          We had a power problem at Eventide on Friday, so many things are down. Please email support@eventide.com with your issue and we'll let you know when we can fix it.

            Im still waiting and I already send the serial number of my H9 but nothing yet, still same
