Missing purchases in H9 MAXOut calculation

I have an H9 Core, I’ve purchased 4 additional algorithms – Sculpt, Q-wah, H910 H949 and Tape Echo, but when I go to the MAXOut page in the store it says I only have two credits. Why don’t I get credits for all my purchases?

H910 H949 comes with the pedal, so it’s not going to count that algorithm as a purchase.

Did you acquire the other algorithms using coupons at all?

Actually yeah, when I checked in the app one was from a coupon and one was “bundled” with the unit, so I did actually only purchase two.

Still seems weird that I have to now pay for the other two if I upgrade.
