      Hi I bought an H9 Core and redeemed the coupon, however when I connect my other H9 (standard) to the H9 control app, the algorithm is not available for this pedal. Do you know if this happens due to the algorithm was redeemed and not purchased? Thanks!

      You just need to use the restore purchases function to sync the purchase to your other pedal.  If you click on the Settings button in the bottom menu bar of H9 Control, you'll find the Restore Purchases function there.
