My H90 unregistered?

  Hello, I just connected my H90 to my iMac.
  When I started the H90 software I suddenly got a login prompt.
  I tried to login but I got an error saying
  
  ‘If you don’t have an account and a registered device please visit our website’.
  
  So I went to the website and checked my profile.
  I could not find my registered H90 anymore.
  I tried to register it again but the website did not respond.
  
  What do I need to do?

  If your H90 shows as unregistered, try logging into your account and registering the device again. If it was registered before, contact customer support to check for any account or device issues.
