New Standard H9 Stuck in Update

Hi guys, after trying to update to the last firmware my unit got stuck in the update screen. Can anyone give me any insights regarding this issue?

I just need to know if it’s possible to solve this by myself (and how to) or if I need to send my unit abroad (which is gonna be a bit problematic since I’m in Brazil).

You should try to reinstall the last update with the H9 connected to a computer via USB using the Direct Updater app.  That app comes bundled with H9 Control.  On Windows you can find it under the Start menu in the H9 Control folder.  On Mac if you open H9 Control and go the Window menu in the Mac menu bar at the top of the screen, there is a link to it there.

If that still doesn't fix the issue, please send an email to support@eventide.com.  There's another option as well.
