        ok, I am incredibly frustrated at this point because I feel like I’ve tried everything I possibly can, and have gotten absolutely nowhere.

         

        My setup:

        Ableton Live 12 Suite v12.1.11

        Windows 10 64-bit, build 19045.5737

        iLok License Manager v5.10.1

         

        Steps I have taken:

        – Paid for plugin

        – Downloaded latest version from website (v1.13.9)

        – Installed plugin

        – Opened Live and clicked “rescan”

        – plugin shows up in the little info bar at the bottom showing that it is being scanned

        – iLok licenser pops up, and I put in my info and it says it has been activated (also shows as activated for this machine in the ilok license manager)

        – Once plugins are re-scanned, saturate does NOT show up in my plugin list

        – Tried uninstalling, re-installing, restarting, turning on/off plugins, re-scanning, deep re-scanning, moving the plugin out of the nested folder, attempting to use the vst2 even.

        – Downloaded OLD versions of the plugin (v1.10.0, v1.11.0, v1.12.0, v1.12.7, v1.13.0, v1.13.2)

        – NONE of them show up in ableton

        – Attempted to run Audacity to see if it works there, but audacity even tells me it can’t run Saturate for whatever reason

        – Have no other daws to test with

        – Emailed Eventide support, and after 1 day they responded, telling me to do the things i’ve already done.

        – Did the things they asked, verbatim, still the plugin doesn’t show up

        – Emailed support back saying that didn’t fix my issue, and I have not heard anything back for multiple days.

         

        I’m at my wits end, I just want to use this plugin i’ve paid for, but literally nothing I do is letting me use it. Is there anybody here that can actually help me get this working?

            I am also experiencing this.

             

            I know you guys are great, but this is total bs.
