No algorithm

      Okay. When I turn on my H9 it tells me that there’s no algorithms on it, but when I hit the preset button and turn the wheel they appear until the MIDI comes into play it goes back to no algorithms. And there’s error messages on the control app not connected but it looks to be connected. Help!

      Please reinstall the latest firmware by using the Direct Updater (bundled with H9 Control) via USB, and after that power up the H9 with the encoder and the right footswitch pressed and hold to initalize the unit. Let me know if that works.
