Hoping someone can help as I’ve been scratching my head on this for two days.  Ive been using an h90 since its release.  I recently added a Line 6 HX One with the intention of using it in the insert to be able to have three effects at once (i.e.mod, delay, reverb).  Initially it worked just fine.  All of a sudden, the output was reduced to zero when a program using an insert was loaded.  If I bypassed the HX, I got very low volume.  Turning the insert off brought everything back to normal.  Moving the insert between A and B it was like it had only the wet signal from A, but nothing from B.  Using the insert an either end pretty much kills output.  Running the insert parallel brings signal back, but no effect from the inserted effect.  I have tried different cables for the insert, and another pedal in the insert and the problem persists.  Perhaps its some errant setting that I accidentally enabled, but for the life of me I can’t track it down, and it seemed to pop up out of nowhere.

          Hello,

Sorry for the issues you are having.

Can you please confirm that you are connecting H90 output 3 to the input of your insert device, and H90 input 3 to the output of your insert device?

As a simple test, please loading an “INIT Program” from the User 2 list. This will give you a blank slate, with no inserts. Once that is loaded, use the routing page to place your insert in the various places in the signal path. Are you still experiencing the same issue?
