PF update issue

        Hi, I'm experiencing an issue when trying to update my PF software. I have connected my unit (in fact, I already used  FactorLib) but the update utility won't locate the device (telling me to connect my unit and refresh the utility). I also tried to force my PF into the update mode by holding down the middle fs while powering up, but that doesn't seem to work.
        Any suggestions?

          Try different cables, then a different computer. If that fails, support@eventide.com
