It might be an actual 60Hz hum, probably caused by a ground loop or a bad power supply.
If you're not using the supplied power supply, please do.
Otherwise, disconnect all inputs and see if you get hum. If you do, it could be a fault.
You probably won't, in which case plug a guitar directly into the unit. If you still get the hum, it is something at your end.
