Pitchfactor freezing issue

Hi – I've noticed recently that any time I try to save a setting on my Pitchfactor that it now freezes with this readout on the screen (see photo).  I've reset the Pitchfactor, tried updating firmware with the Eventide Utility update (which also causes it to freeze) with no such luck.  I'm using the original power supply so I don't believe it is a power issue.  Has anyone else had this issue or could someone at Eventide let me know if this is an issue that I can fix myself or if it needs to be serviced?

This is not good. Sorry. My first thought would be that you were using a different power supply, but this is not the case.

The first thing to try is re-initializing the unit. See UM for info.

If this fails, it is probably a hardware problem. So you will need to contact support@eventide.com
