        If you get hum when USB is plugged in, this is probably a ground loop.

        The first thing to do is to make sure that your computer is plugged into the same outlet as your amp.

          I am running the latest firmware. using with a MAC mini.

          When I plug the USB cable in the pitchfactor now seems to alter a load off settings and then won’t produce a wet signal. Bybass is fine.

          The App still sees the Pitchfactor and changes algorythms but there is never any wet sound.

          When plugged into the usb, it sounds like a lot of extra hum is generated.

          Same into an amp or into a DAW

          If depressing for tunner with flex/fs2, display just says Tuner, it never actually goes to the tuner.

          Is this a known issue? Any fixes?
