Power supply question for mod factor

Ok, while I was preparing some old electronics for recycling, I found this power supply (from an old modem – router). Since it is considerable smaller and lighter than my original Modfactor’s brick I was wandering if it would be safe to givte it a try. The specs look ok and even my voltometer shows a stable  ~12.16 (+/-0.02) Voltage (with no device connected). Thanks
