Hey everyone…I have a MicroPitch pedal connected via midi to a Boss ES8. I’m overwriting preset #5 and saving it per the Eventide manual (hold TAP button, press ACTIVE button) but my changes aren’t being saved. I’ve also tried saving via midi PC but it keeps recalling something else even though it’s showing as preset 5 on the ladder. I’ve tried disconnecting the midi cable, saving the modified preset and reconnecting the cable but it’s doing the same thing. Any help would be appreciated!

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Can you please review this video to confirm you are performing the save function properly? https://youtu.be/4rAejz4_bjE?si=uAX-XGRD5vohg6UC&t=2122
You can also use the H90 Control app to view what is happening when you save your preset, or just use the app for managing your presets as it has a nice interface to do this.

Hello,
To clarify, was this saving process working before but now it is not working anymore? Or has it never worked for you.
My best suggestion would be to connect the pedal to your computer, and then try the save process that same as you are doing. Then you will have some sort of visual confirmation in the app for what is happening, and if anything is being saved or not.
You can also make a short video that shows the issue and send it to support@eventideaudio.com and we can help you further there.

I connected the pedal via USB, made changes to the preset and saved it. I then played through another preset. When I came back to the preset I saved, the delay was different than what I had saved. I did notice that I had 2 presets in the top five slots with the same name (no idea how that happened) so I renamed one of them and tried again. Same result.
I went ahead and did a factory reset on the pedal and things seem to be working correctly for the time being. If I have any more trouble, Ill send a video to the link you provided. Thanks for your help.
