        My M-audio expression pedal is (gulp) not working on my Timefactor as of today.

        I Already powercycled and checked cables with no fix. A factory reset is my next step.

        Q: If I proceed with factory reset, will my v3.5 software update be preserved?

          Sorry to hear about the problem.  If you do a factory reset, you won't lose the software update.  You'll want to back up any presets you have on your TimeFactor though, because they'll be overwritten with the factory presets.

            Thanks. It turned out that the level knob on the M-Audio pedal (located at left pivot) was rolled off. Problem solved. Dang.
