register Temperance Lite

I have downloaded and installed Temperance Lite, but I have no license, so can’t activate it.  Isn’t the license code supposed to be emailed to me? it is not in the “Thank you for your purchase!” email.

I see something about this in the “Installing & Authorizing Eventide Plug-ins” Post.   “If you bought the plugin on eventideaudio.com, you do receive everything immediately after payment, but sales that go through eventidestore.com are processed by our front office and therefore aren’t immediate. “  Strange that there are two stores (is this still true?).  A note in the reciept would prevent me form going around in circles trying to authorize.

My Temperance Lite hasn’t activated for several days now. I have the activation key, the registration, and the iLook. There’s no activation or solution to this problem.

Hello Swiveable ,

You have to go to eventideaudio.com.

There -choose Temperance Lite  Add to cart  – then -Buy –

and you’ll get the needed code.

Anyway for me that workaround worked fine.

And… in addition I had to put in the register code not only at Eventide but

on my DAW too…

I’m also having this problem. I’m prompted to activate and sign in to my iLok account within Bitwig but the licence is never found

For anybody having activation issues, please email support@eventideaudio.com and provide your license key and iLok username. Once we have that info, we’ll be able to help you ASAP.
