Can a fairly simple reverb only patch be programmed on a Pitchfactor? If so, how?

EDIT: ok, dumb question. I see teh “verb” settings in the “Crystals” algorithm.  I’ve had this pedal for years but only ever used it for harmony leads. So, let me restate the question: can it get a nice smooth Fender amp spring reverb sound?

        Hi Stringrazor,

As you noticed there is a reverb in Crystals, but the PitchFactor really isn't a reverb pedal.  There is another in Synthonizer, though IIRC it can only be applied to the synth sound.  There is a quite good spring reverb in the Space pedal along with many other good reverbs, or all these are algorithms are available in the H9, plus delays, modulations, and distortions.

Spring reverb is not that “complicated” to simulate as a Hall or a Room reverb. So I would try with any of the delay+pitch algorithms.

Just set a really short time delay and feedback to your taste. Pitch at 0 of course.

All I wanted was a it of reverb when playing through my ’65 Ampeg Jet. As A kid I had the same amp AND a Fender reverb tank which at the time I thought wasn’t cool at all (boy was I wrong!). Anyway, the verb in the Crystals algorithm works fine. It’s not quite as lush as I’d like but it’s not for recording, only for a it of space when I’d noodling.

I have to say, I’m enjoying the PF much more since the H9 Control editor becabe available.

I second that: the H9 control editor makes changing parameters soooo much easier.
