Routing options problems

  When I select the routing button, only quick button one will do anything? the other quick knobs(2 and 3) do nothing? They are blank?

  It sounds like you may be in Dual Mode. Does your routing page look like this?
  
  If so, go to System > Global > Routing and change it to Insert Mode: https://cdn.eventideaudio.com/manuals/h90/1.10.7/content/system-menu/index.html
