Scroll Knob not working

  Has anyone had an issue with the scroll knob not working? It worked before I update the firmware. Help!!

  You don't give any information, so it is hard to help.
  
  I would suggest that you try a factory reset – if that does not help, send FULL information to support @eventide.com
