        So i just updated my space to 5.2 and now i am missing a bunch of my factory presets. for examps. 1 through 5 is there, then its skips to 13 through 16 and skips again to 23. 

         

        i have done a factory reset and all. 

         

        Anyone have a solution for this?

          Did you do the "Restoring Factory Presets and System Settings"  as described in the UM ?

            So apparently when I installed 5.2.0 it removed “black while, dual reverb, etc” from my devices. When I downloaded my H9 control app and ran it it showed these algorithms as “not putchased” and the other ones (spring, hall) as purchased. Luckily I was able to do a reinstall to 4.0. Which fixed it. Not the most current but hey, it’s working.
