Space pedal not saving

My eventide space pedal will not save anymore. Says ‘ no save’ if I then hold encoder longer I get weird messages and unit stops working. Please see photo. Any ideas? Thankyou Huw

Same here. In my case I wasn’t holding the button down long enough the second time. Long press Preset to get into save mode, long press again to save.

I’ve just encountered the same issue. I’ve tried to reset to factory setting, this has no impact. I am using the supplied power supply. I have been told that this is a bug with no fix???
