Temperance Lite doesn’t appear in Ableton

Temperance Lite appear in my Ilok , it’s successfully registered. But in ableton live 12 doesn’t appear no matter how many time I try to uninstall and install it again, rescan etc…

IT’s my first eventide plugin, does this stuff happen for all your plugin….?!?! Luckily was free but if this is a common problem I will never buy a full price eventide product

Have you tried doing a deep rescan in Ableton? Note that this is not the same as just clicking “Rescan”, you need to hold the option key for this to work.

Live 9 and below:

Go to Preferences->File Folder and Option/Alt-click “Rescan Plug-ins” to force a deep rescan
Live 10+:

Go to Preferences->Plug-ins and Option/Alt-click “Rescan” to force a deep rescan.

Had the exact same problem as the OP.

 

Deep Rescan suggestion worked and it popped up and authorized.

 

Thanks for the tip. I had installed and uninstalled probably 5 times. that is a weird bug that needs some fixin’.
