        I have a new timefactor and I have 2 store credits with this.  What can be purchased with the timefactor with credits?  thanks

          When we introduced the H9, owners of Factor pedals were upset that with the H9 they were paying for algorithms they already owned in their Factor pedals.  So, we added that credit system so that owners of Factor pedals could use those credits to get free algorithms for the H9.

            when I plug in my h9 it does not see my timefactor credits?

                You need to have the H9 and TimeFactor connected to H9 Control at the same time.
