I'm happy to hear that you have had 7 years of good use from your TF. Normally we don't downgrade to something so old, as it will usually be much less capable than the latest version, but if it is important to you we can try. Please send an email address and the exact version you want to support@eventide.com for my attention.
Needless to say, this is entirely at your own risk, as we cannot test something so old. I would suggest that instead you try and tweak the new presets to give the sound you want.

It's possible that you're presets don't sound good because the preset format has changed from the very early release that you were using to the preset release. So, it's possible that the knob positions aren't being recalled correctly. As my colleague Nick suggested above, you may be able to get back to the same sound by adjusting the parameters.
