Tricerachorus frozen, presets and page blinking

Purchased a new Tricerachorus. The pedal initial test was fine, and I have been using it for 3-days. I attempted to register the pedal and check for any software updates through the Eventide app. Initially the app detected the pedal and updated the firmware, then the pedal froze. All preset lights and the page button are flashing, and the pedal can no longer be detected and is unusable. Any suggestions?

Turn on the pedal while pressing the Active footswitch and Active LED button to conduct a factory reset. If that does not resolve the problem, please contact support@eventide.com.

something similar happened to me, I already pressed the active button and the active switch but still the pedal didn’t make any response. any solutions?
