        I have tried the various resets and it defaults back to “factory content not found”. I’m including a copy of the log. Please tell me someone knows what to do here, my sadness is overwhelming atm. Thanks.

          H90 btw, and on hard reset it starts, then defaults to the “factory content not found” message, there is no opportunity to communicate with it via USB, or to move past this message on the unit

            Hi, sorry you’re having trouble.  You should be able to perform a recovery update by following the instructions here: https://cdn.eventideaudio.com/manuals/h90/1.5.2/content/appendix/startup.html

            If that doesn’t work, your best bet is to contact support directly at support@eventideaudio.com.

              Thanks for your response. It’s my fault really, I should know better. than to do updates when I have deadlines looming. I’ll contact support.
