Tuning Bass down to D

Hi,

I’m trying to to tune down my bass to D with Polyphony. (MIX: 100 – Pitched: Inst Type – Shift A: -M2 – Shift B: -M2)

This  because i don’t want to tune down my bass for just one song.

But with the mix on 100% i can still hear the original tuning in the background.

Does anyone know how to solve this so that i can get a clear tone without the original tuning in the back?

Or maybe someone knows a better way or algorithm to tune it down?

Nevermind.

Just found out that speaker volume was a bit low so i heard the original tuning from the bass itself! 🙂

Why using Shift A and B ? And not only A ?

 

I can’t succeed to get a clean signal without “extra sounds” like harmonics
