        Hi, saw the previous poster also had an issue with Ultrachannel delay sync.  I'm on Protools though.

        So even when the Sys Tempo button is lit orange (on?), the tempo doesn't follow the session tempo, needs to be entered manually.

        However even when the tempo is correctly set, the Delay amounts cannot be adjusted via the knobs.  They're stuck on 250ms and can't be moved, unless Sys Tempo is turned off.

          Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Sys Tempo is indeed on when it is lit orange. I haven't been able to reproduce the issue, but I will look into it.

            Hi Tom

            Yes its intermittent, as i'm successfully using it now.  Will investigate further and try to find the catalyst.

              Thanks, that would be much appreciated. I've been doing some testing and have had intermittent troubles as well; we are looking into getting this sorted out.
